1. About This Website

This website presents the products and services of SunVolt Garden for business (B2B) buyers. Product specifications, prices and availability shown here are indicative and confirmed in a formal quotation before any order.

2. Quotations & Orders

A binding order exists only after both parties sign a proforma invoice or sales contract. Website content does not constitute an offer. Standard terms are 30% deposit with order confirmation and 70% balance against bill of lading copy, unless otherwise agreed in writing (placeholder terms).

3. Product Information

We work hard to keep specifications accurate, but dimensions, performance figures and packaging data may be updated between production batches. Current data sheets are provided with every quotation, and golden samples are approved before mass production for custom orders.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs and text on this site are the property of SunVolt Garden or used with permission. Custom designs developed for a buyer under NDA remain protected per the project agreement. You may not reuse site content commercially without written consent.

5. Warranty & Liability

Products carry a 1-2 year warranty depending on product line (placeholder), covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Liability is limited to the value of the affected goods. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing Terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business, with disputes resolved by good-faith negotiation first, then arbitration or courts as specified in the sales contract (placeholder jurisdiction - confirm with counsel).
